Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to offer transparent and fair policies regarding cancellations and refunds for our services and digital products.

1. Services & Talks

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service or talk to receive a full refund.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g., software), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product is delivered or downloaded.

3. Technical Issues

If a digital product is found to be defective, you may request support or an alternative version. Contact support within 7 days of purchase.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay to the original payment method.
